Sorry no midget battles in this post. The video covers the limits of money incentives and how we should be more focused on purpose instead. I think everyone can relate to that in some way. I look at my own job as a means to make money to eat and pay the bills. When I get home from work, I almost always filled with the urge to create or do things I believe are interesting without a single thought of money as an incentive.
