To record a demo in SC2, you first need an ingame video recorder app. Below is a list of a few apps you can use to record your saved replays. Follow the instructions on how to use them and record your demo. Once you have your demo recorded, upload it to Youtube and post it here.
WeGame - Completely free. Video compression isn't the greatest, but hey its free. No limit on recording time. Installer is a little glitchy
Fraps - Free version only records 30secs, you can buy the full version for around 40 bucks. Widely used, if that matters.

demos are already recorded by starcraft2 itself. Just click 'save replay' on the score screen after a game is over.

Just upload the file.... ...\Documents\StarCraft II\Accounts\...\Replays\Multiplayer

Add .txt or something to the end or use a free file upload site. Always ways to do it and a lot easier than recording the entire match with FRAPS or something stupid.

Meh, I don't pay the bills here. As my own rule, I never recommend uploading files to a place I don't own and pay for. YouTube wants to do the job, so I recommended that. Plus, if someone is at a computer that doesn't have SC2 installed they wouldn't be able to view it. More convenient viewing also. There's some replay upload sites sprouting up as well. I think Curse has one.
