So I used to have a linksys Bf341r ( I think ) router.. till my doggy was super happy and wagged and wagged till he pulled the router off my desk and SMASHED it on the floor... so I went a bought a new one.. another Linksys dunno the modle... annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd, I cannot get to this site... or use MSN... I have not really taken time to look into it yet... seeing I jsut go it last night.. but I unplugged the router and put in my old busted one.. and it worked, this site and MSN.. and google... put new one on... no AoL, MSN.. but yes we can get google and blah.com and this dot.com ..... soooo... yeah... no clue whats up there.. I was even tryign to forward teh MSN port... made myself teh DMZ host..
Anyone think that XP SP2 could cause any issues... damn firewall thingy is annoying.. but I cant see how it would change if I changed teh router.. EVEN AS DMZ!!!!!!!!!!!

some cable/dsl modems have it locked to the first mac address it learns, try resetting the modem(unplug for a min) or cloning the mac address the last router used.
