umm lucky, banned? i dunt kno but i play a lot and reporting everysingle shield users so u can ban them...sigh.. a LOT of work, cant i just kick em?

It is disabled in the menu, but you can still buy it with the console command.

If it is disabled in the shopmenu it makes it easier to tell the dumbfooks that it is banned.
"wat do ya mean its banned? Its on the shopmenu" arguments go out the window.
Also, on the splashscreen when the round starts, put SHIELD BANNED in big letters.

Yeah, while you can still buy it by typing shield in the console if it is disabled in the buy menu it does stop some people from buying it (they don't know you can type shield).

Can you make it flash up in the middle of someones screen in 40 pt font at the start of every round and stay there for 30 seconds? Some people have trouble seeing it for some reason

Tonight we are implementing things that will restrict the shield completely. There will be no way to buy it.
