In an effort to boost participation on the NS server, we just installed a game playtime tracker plugin on the server. It will track how long each Steamid plays on the server. We are going to begin (in a couple of weeks or so) handing out rewards for different levels of playtime (yet to be decided). The rewards will include:
- Admin capabilties (like change map, kick, mute, etc.)
- Reserved slot
- ?? Any other suggestions

I've jumped on the server before and ran around for a good 10 mins and nobody showed 
. I would really like if we had people on our server, I get better pings and we don't have any stupid plugins on it, like stuff that messes with the level cap or restricts specific upgrades.
