since pub 2 always appears to get full fast, and there are people who try to get in,
i say if they are connecting to the reserved slot on pub2 (if there is one)
they auto connect to pub 1, that way pub 1 will fill as well.
this is just a suggestion, because this worked for the pubs that i play in in cz.

Let's go back in time to CS 1.0 and play on AoL. Man... those were the days. Full server that NEVER went below like 10 players and that was only at 3am in the morning and German players were on. Pump rules, deagle ruled, hitboxes sucked, but who the hell cared since shit actually registered.
Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of 'hot xxx galore'. While I clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", I muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
