I was banned from your server due to a "racial spray paint" I was told, but I had no warning at all. Me and my boys play in your server a bit and I was the only one banned. No one warned me of being banned, they just simply asked whoz spray it was and then banned me, didn't even tell me not to spray or nothin. Some of my other guys (shemlaes and kAL) talked to ya'll, and I think you unbanned me, just have to restart the server for it to take effect. That was like last Thursday and it is Monday already and no restart of the server yet. So can you guys please restart the server so I can play in there when my bud's are in there. Thanks ya'll.

<EDIT> O ya, I did switch the spray too by the way, so that won't be an issue.

Hummm... I'll see whats up there, I do recall seeing you around a bit. I guess at the least you can take it as a warning, I or any of the [AoL] guys have zero patients for racial stuff.

We really don't give much in the way of warnings for most racial things. That defeats the intent of the ban in those cases - which is to get rid of someone who is like that...period. And there are no appeals to those bans.

Now, I don't know your situation and what the spray was, so I can't say much. But the server does not require a restart to remove the ban, so it has not been removed.

We'll discuss the details about the situation with whoever banned you and make a final decision here.

it was i who banned rooster, after long talks with his friends online, i had decided to unban him, i tried amx_unban i guess it didnt work.
Normally i wouldnt, because attitudes like that are really not welcomed, not to mention that u created a racial war after u got banned. so their really is 0 tolerance.

Is Rooster getting an unban or not. I wish he was hacking then I wouldnt have a legit reason to ask for his unban and wouldnt have to waste my time. Fact of the matter is that he wasnt, he didnt offend anyone intentionally, and in general is a nice guy. Well seeing as though you guys have quite a few members on the team...why are you never playing and getting rid of the cheaters who constantly roam on your server? You know, the people who deserve a perma-ban. Anyways unban is appreciated and have fun playing cs. peace
