Yogi's build

Just got back from the desert, and I have no idea how roguing is nowadays. I want to respec to this build. Is it viable? I am going for max DPS

Or, to put it another way: baby, you complete me. Now, stop already with the blushing ing�nue act and strap that thing on while I run and fetch the midget.
